Craig A. Aronoff, J.D., is a graduate of the Michigan State University ('93) and the Detroit College of Law at Michigan State University ('97). Mr. Aronoff's focus has been in civil litigation first working for individuals in consumer protection and contract actions then corporations and banks in contract, foreclosure and real estate related matters. With extensive experience in dispute resolution, contract negotiation, loss mitigation and debt restructuring, he has returned to helping homeowners, business owners and consumers with their secured and unsecured obligations.

Richard D. Linnell, J.D., is a graduate of the University of Michigan (93’) and the Wayne State University Law School (98’). Mr. Linnell has been involved in real estate since 1996 and 13 years of experience in commercial and residential real estate as well as corporate law. Hilla, J.D., LL.M, holds a BA in English and a law degree from Wayne State University and a Masters in Law (LLM) in International and Comparative Law from The George Washington University Law School in Washington, DC. John’s areas of practice include Chapter 7 and Chapter 13 personal bankruptcy and criminal defense with an emphasis on traffic and drunk-driving matters. He has published articles concerning international law in The Widener Law Review and The Michigan International Lawyer and an article concerning bankruptcy in The Detroit Legal News. Steven D. Schulist, J.D. is a graduate of Michigan State University (’04) and The Thomas M. Cooley Law School (’08). While in law school, Mr. Schulist worked for theMichigan State Housing Development Authority’s Legal Affairs department where received extensive experience in issues involving compliance, quality control and community services within MSHDA’s housing programs. Mr. Schulist currently focuses on property tax appeals, short sales, loan modifications, and credit card debt reduction. John B. Swift II, J.D. is a graduate of Northern Michigan University (’01) and Michigan State University College of Law (’09) where he worked on policy issues for the Office of the Governor of Michigan and the Michigan Department of Environmental Quality.
